Who is this experience designed for?
This experience is designed for padel players of all levels who are looking to improve their game while enjoying the beautiful city of Barcelona. It is designed for all adults over the age of majority, regardless of the level and category of padel they have, who want to enjoy padel, the city, and a premium all-inclusive service.
Those who live the experience without playing padel are also completely welcome. Although we do not recommend it, as it is part of the experience and the price will not be modified, you can come and accompany in the rest of the moments of the experience.
What are the next dates and what packages are available?
The dates and available packages can be found on the "Packs & Dates" tab on the website. Both dates and packages may vary depending on the experience and availability. It is recommended to check the website and sign up for the Newsletter to be updated about the available packages.
Is previous experience/level of padel required?
There is no previous experience in playing padel or any level of play required to participate.
It is prepared and personalized for you so that, whatever your level, you can enjoy, learn, and practice like never before, so previous experience in playing or some level of play padel is not required to participate.
How to acquire or reserve an experience?
To acquire an experience, a reservation must be made through the web or by contacting with us.
To make a reservation through the website: in the "Packs & Dates" section, click on the "Reserve" button, which will take you to a form where you can select the date and package you wish. Once completed, you will have made the reservation and will be contacted for the next steps. Repeat the process for as many people as desired.
Is there any limit on the number of participants?
Yes, there is a maximum number of participants to ensure the quality of the experience, which is usually set at 30 people per package. This allows us to ensure that you can enjoy with all the attention you deserve.
What is included in the pack?
The experience includes everything described, and its premium, also playing padel. The package includes all the mentioned services, but we also offer more options. If you have any special requirements, please do not hesitate to ask us and we will be happy to answer.
But please, read carefully the detailed services specified in each package to know exactly what each package includes, as there are variations.
Additionally, depending on the package, there will be different extra services available. However, in summary, the most notable services included in all packages are:

Several hours of padel with instructors available to provide advice, help with technique, and access to a club with courts and refreshments.

Hotel accommodation in a single room.

Transportation to and from the airport for all experience participants, as well as for all necessary movements during the experience.

All breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.

Entrance to the VIP party, reserved area, and more.

A personal guide to accompany you 24/7 and assist you throughout the experience.

Liability Insurance and a Personal Travel Insurance (see here).

Additional contingencies (Uber premium, small expenses, etc.)

Additional activities, depending on the selected package. If you have any special requirements, please do not hesitate to ask us, and we will be happy to assist. All extra services not included and specified are at the customer's expense.

Out of schedule/pack requests: additional purchases at restaurants, shops, gifts,…. However, we assist with reservations, requests, etc. without any problem.

Please note that a transfer from the airport to the hotel will be provided on the specific date (an additional transfer will be available for unforeseen circumstances).

What is the itinerary of the experience?
The detailed itinerary for the experience, which includes padel, cultural activities, and much more, will be provided to you upon booking confirmation.
Are there options for different diets or sensibilities?

Yes, there are there options for special diets such as gluten-free, for sensitivities or allergies, vegan food, or any other reason available during the experience.
We will make sure to accommodate any preference and/or dietary restrictions, and different options will be provided to cater to different needs. During the booking process, we will personally attend to each participant to identify and respond to all their needs.
​What do I need to bring to the experience?
Above all, the desire to learn, enjoy, and have a good time. The typical for a trip of a few days, and you will need suitable sportswear and sports shoes for playing padel during the experience, and if you have a racket, even better.
However, once the booking is confirmed, we will provide you with a detailed list of all the necessary items to bring so that you don't forget anything.
What safety and hygiene measures have been taken?
We have taken all the necessary safety and hygiene measures to ensure the safety of our participants. Moreover, personal (see here) and liability insurance coverage is included, and someone will be available 24 H with the group to attend to any emergencies, questions, or needs that may arise. We have taken every precaution to guarantee the safety and security of our guests, and we expect them to adhere to our guidelines to have a safe and enjoyable experience.
What is the cancellation and/or refund policy?
In case the package is canceled by us, you will receive a 100% refund of the product, and we will offer guests the choice of rescheduling the experience dates at no additional cost.
If canceled more than 30 days prior to the start date of the experience, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded. Within the previous 30 days of the experience, a 50% package payment fee will apply, with the total package price being due within the 10 days before.
